Privacy Policy — DxTrade Copier

DxTrade Copier (the "Extension") helps traders duplicate orders across multiple DxTrade accounts on trade.vanquishtrader.com. This policy explains exactly what the Extension collects, why, and how it is handled. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Information We Collect

When the Extension is active on the trading site, it records order activity from your account so you have a synced history. Specifically:

Data	Purpose
Order and trade activity from your connected accounts	To maintain a record of your trading activity across your connected accounts.
Support messages you choose to send via the Extension's message box	To respond to your questions or feedback.
A random installation identifier (generated locally, not tied to your name or login)	To group activity from the same browser installation.
Technical metadata (IP address, browser user-agent, Extension version) collected automatically when data is transmitted	Security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

We do NOT collect: your DxTrade username, password, or login credentials. The Extension never reads, stores, or transmits your broker login. It operates within your already-authenticated browser session only to place duplicate orders you initiate.

2. Information Stored Only on Your Device

The following stay in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us:

Which accounts you have selected for copying, plus any nicknames and quantity ratios you set.
Internal markers used to avoid sending duplicate records.
Rate-limit timestamps for the support message feature.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the core feature: keeping a synchronized record of orders across your selected accounts.
To respond to support messages you send.
To detect abuse and keep the service reliable.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the Extension's single purpose.

4. Where Data Is Stored

Transmitted data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers and the D1 database) on our behalf. Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections.

5. Data Retention

Order records and support messages are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of data associated with your installation at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

6. Your Choices

You can stop all data collection by disabling or uninstalling the Extension.
Clearing your browser's local storage for the site resets the Extension's locally stored settings.
You can request deletion of your transmitted records by emailing us.

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension is intended for adult traders and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
